Unless otherwise noted on an individual snippet page, all code snippets published on GoSnippets are released under the MIT License. You are free to copy, modify, and use them in personal and commercial projects, with no attribution required (although attribution is appreciated).

Site content other than the code snippets — including blog articles, illustrations, logos, branding, design, and documentation — is © 2026 GoSnippets, all rights reserved, unless explicitly licensed otherwise.

If you submit code snippets, blog posts, comments, or other content (“User Content”) to the Service, you represent that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to submit the content.
• Your content does not violate any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• You grant GoSnippets a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.
• By default, code snippets you submit are released under the MIT License unless you specify a different license at submission.

You may request removal of your content at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we consider, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Submit content that is harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Submit code that contains malware, exploits, or attempts to compromise other users.
• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not your own.
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to access the Service in a way that materially burdens our infrastructure.
• Re-publish the entire snippet library elsewhere as a competing product.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of non-snippet portions of the Service, except as expressly permitted by law.

We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which GoSnippets operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
